Dear Creator letter for FFFX 2024

chacusha on AO3 and am requesting 1x10(000) and 2x5(000) versions of comics and fic for everything.
EDIT (26 & 31 Aug): I made some minor edits -- added some AU prompts for Michael Burnham/Mirror Philippa Georgiou as I apparently forgot them in that fandom, and added (a link to) an opt-in list. I added more detail/opt-ins for my trans headcanons DNW -- sorry it's so long. Hopefully it says the same thing, but just with more clarity on scenarios that might seem to be touching/nearby a trans headcanon plotline.
EDIT (25 Jan): I don't know if it helps at this point, but I did write some canon promos for Soulcalibur and Trials of Mana that might help with finding and consuming these canons. They are now linked below.

Other than that, generally anything not DNW'd is fair game as long as it fills the fandom/characters/ships I'm requesting. If you want some things I'm definitely okay with, I have an opt-in list in my general letter.
I have some general art likes here, but... basically, my art tastes are extremely broad and I'm up for anything as far as comics go. I like cute/cartoony styles; art style experimentation; any medium; black and white comics; limited colored palettes/monochrome pages; or if you want to do color, maybe something pale/bright and colorful. For drawn canons, I like fanart that mimics the art style of canon (art style pastiche), but I'm also really happy for comics that stylize/redesign characters to be more in line with your own style. Sometimes I DNW gore in art, but honestly, as long as the comic isn't wall-to-wall gore, I am perfectly fine with gore appearing in a comic.
Any genre and any tone: moody; dark/horror; smut; quiet/contemplative; action; humorous gag comics. Characters exploring an outdoor area? No-dialogue comic? Something psychological/using images or symbols to represent the inner state of a character? Honestly, anything goes.
Note on the prompts below: I separated them out into longer/meatier ideas more conducive to longfic and shorter ideas that could be conveyed in a 5-10 page comic. But if something in one category inspires you for a work in the other medium, feel free to go with that. I just separated them out to make sure I gave at least one prompt of each type for all the characters/ships I'm requesting. But please feel free to ignore my likes and prompts entirely. If you already had an idea or a project you were already working on for any of the characters/ships I'm requesting, I'd love to get it as a gift.
Alternis Dim/Edea Lee (ship manifesto)
This is my OTP, which I always want more content for! To summarize what draws me to this pairing: pining, puppy love, loyalty and devotion, awkward marriage proposals, two-person love triangle! I like this pairing both as one-sided pining on Alternis's part and also requited.
General ideas:
- I love AUs of all kinds, which can work with works of any length -- show me a snippet of how this AU world would be like in a comic, or tell a story with plot set in this AU world! Some AUs I like (including some ideas for this ship in particular) are in my AU Exchange letter.
-- Example: Modern setting AU with Alternis and Ringabel as twin brothers. Or superhero/spy AU where Alternis is the superhero/secret agent persona of Ringabel (or Ringabel is the civilian persona for Alternis).
- Have some marriage-related prompts and pining-related prompts for these two (of various sizes).
- Mistaken identity or identity issues dubcon where Alternis disguises himself as or is mistaken for Ringabel.
Longer ideas:
- Relationship development between BD and BS, or after BS: Alternis and Edea having to work together a lot while they're waiting for Ringabel to come back and feelings develop.
- Canon divergence AU where Alternis turns against the Duchy and joins the Crystal Crew at some point.
- I feel like the setup of Bravely Default is also pretty great for time loop shenanigans, and Alternis is a pretty good person to experience them? For example, every loop ending with Edea dying. Or Alternis, by looping, gets more insight into why Edea isn't interested in him, for example.
Shorter ideas:
- A story from their childhood: getting into trouble, the moment Alternis falls in love with Edea, etc.
- Training/sparring together! Or patching up each other's injuries post-battle: Maybe Alternis sacrifices himself trying to get them out of a tight spot, or Edea picks a fight with an enemy too strong for her while trying to save someone.
- Something fluffy between or after games, where Edea notices little Ringabel-like aspects of Alternis's mannerisms and thinks it's cute.
- Edea gets sick (or something) and Alternis cares for her (while PINING?).
Mephilia Venus
Mephilia is one of my faves, and I'm always interested in something that delves into her backstory. For example: her childhood, her relationship with her sisters, her Asterisk-holder training, her relationship with Suleiman, her relationship with Sage Yulyana, her deployment in Florem and how she got to be as murderous and crazy as she is during the game, her ability to see the player behind the fourth wall. Or a story post-canon or set between Bravely Default and Bravely Second would be great. I'm open to any ships involving her as well (including dark ones and incest pairs).

- Mephilia's perspective on the events in the game.

- A story from her childhood. Maybe she and Artemia get in some trouble and Einheria comes to save them?
- Mephilia reflecting on her summons, or her encountering/acquiring a summon for the first time.
- Slice of life / Mephilia recovering from her experiences between games.

Aqua
Aqua/Terra
Fandom-specific DNWs: Aqua/Ventus, including Aqua/Terra/Ventus. Sorry -- it's one of the few KH pairings I don't ship! I'd be delighted with something focused on their platonic relationship, though, and I'm also fine with Terra/Ventus in the background, if you ship that.
I'm requesting Aqua and Aqua/Terra for this fandom. Aqua is my fave character, and she is also my fandom bicycle who I ship with almost everyone. Probably my favorite pairings are Aqua/Terra and Aqua/Cinderella, but I'd love to see odd rarepairs (including with Disney characters who haven't appeared in KH, and also including dark pairings). I would just love to see more of Aqua: her backstory; her relationship with Eraqus, Ven, or Terra; her time in the Realm of Darkness; Master Aqua getting to train other keyblade apprentice(s).
General thoughts on this series: I like the tragedy, and the way characters are constantly sacrificing themselves to save their best friends. I like all the strong friendships that could be interpreted as either platonic or romantic. I like the cracky air that Disney characters provide to every scene.
General ideas:
- I love AUs of all kinds. Some AUs I like are in my AU Exchange letter. For some fandom-specific ideas, I'd love to see mermaid!Aqua, or fusion with a Disney movie or a rom-com or a fairy tale (fairy tale curses?).
Longer ideas:
- Backstory / Aqua's journey to becoming a master.
- Slow love story? E.g. gradual friends-to-lovers or enemies-to-lovers.
- Aqua + anyone on a journey together.
Shorter ideas:
- An episode from Aqua's childhood or shortly pre-canon. Maybe she (+ Terra, + Ven) have a little adventure and end up getting in trouble or discovering something cool or something like that.
- Training/sparring! A battle with someone! Or recovering from injuries after a battle (pushing oneself too hard in training?).
Blue Fairy/Jiminy Cricket
Lampwick/Pinocchio
General thoughts on this canon: I really like how detailed and unexplored the world is in this movie! It's just packed with details, and filled with side characters who are basically living their own rich life and only interact with the plot briefly before exiting again. I love how ridiculously dark it gets for a Disney movie, a children's cartoon, and for a movie that is largely told from the perspective of a young child. I'm a big fan of the exploration of how would a character who is magically brought into the world as a young boy behave -- the answer this movie comes up with is VERY different from Collodi's book, but they are both interesting takes! Exploring Pinocchio's weirdness and his unusual upbringing is really fascinating to me. I love fairy tale curses and animal transformation, and this movie is very good for that. <3
Thoughts on Blue Fairy/Jiminy Cricket: I like their little interaction towards the beginning, where Jiminy goes bright red when the fairy leans in close to him -- instantly shipped them, lol. I like the fairy tale vibes of a cricket in love with a fairy. Also, I'm a fan of shameless flirt characters who actually fall hard for someone. I think there's a lot of potential here for a romance, or pining!
Thoughts on Lampwick/Pinocchio: Lampwick doesn't appear for very long, but I love the way he and Pinocchio like instantly bond and become BFFs who spend all their time together. Despite the fact that Lampwick is obviously a bad influence, I think Pinocchio is really drawn to him and is genuinely fond of him anyway, and I find that dynamic delicious! (Also, the fact that you never find out what happens to Lampwick in the end kind of kills me! Fix me!)

- Princess and the Frog fusion where Jiminy Cricket is a bug who insists he's married to the wishing star or something.
Longer ideas:
- Jiminy goes on a quest to figure out how to be human (or fairy IDK) so that he can confess his love to the Blue Fairy.
- Various encounters Jiminy has with the Blue Fairy over the years, when she's granting wishes.
- Post-canon, Pinocchio goes on a quest to find out what happened to Lampwick (maybe Jiminy comes along?).
- Post-canon, Lampwick and Pinocchio attend school together and get into various adventures/antics.
Shorter ideas:
- Jiminy is nervous/excited about seeing the Blue Fairy again, and Pinocchio and co. help him prepare.
- Missing scene on Pleasure Island.
- Pinocchio and Lampwick discover a dirty magazine or pin-up or something; Lampwick has to excruciatingly explain what it's for because Pinocchio just doesn't get it.

Hong Yun-seong/Seong Mi-na (ship manifesto)
This is my Soulcalibur OTP, and I feel like there are a lot of opportunities for longer stories for these two. I'd love to see any kind of comic with them as well. To summarize what draws me to this pairing: Playful, teasing, mentor/mentee relationship.
General ideas:
- I love AUs of all kinds, which can work with works of any length -- show me a snippet of how this AU world would be like in a comic, or tell a story with plot set in this AU world! Some AUs I like (including some ideas for this ship in particular) are in my AU Exchange letter.
- Have some marriage-related prompts and pining-related prompts for these two (of various sizes).
- Backstory / snippets of Mi-na and Yun-seong's lives/relationship growing up.
- A take on Yun-seong where his obsession with besting Hwang stems from his feelings for Mi-na -- e.g. wanting to impress her, be Han-myeong's heir, feeling romantic rivalry with Hwang, etc. (And maybe he finally does get his duel with Hwang?)
- They're traveling together and there is only! one! bed!
Longer ideas:
- For video game canons, I love travelogues / "novelizations" of the story mode -- doesn't have to be novel-length, obviously, but I love a more narrative/story-like way of telling the game's story. Traveling to various places, getting into various situations together, etc. Doing this with Yun-seong and Mi-na's various adventures in these games would be amazing!
-- Traveling together and slowly maturing from the experience.
Shorter ideas:
- A story from their childhood. Maybe Mi-na convinces Yun-seong to get into some trouble and Yun-seong ends up taking the blame and Mi-na feels bad or something like that.
- Training/sparring together! Or patching up each other's injuries post-battle.
- Bathing together and Yun-seong is hella embarrassed. ☺️
Zasalamel
I'm requesting Zasalamel because I feel like (with his many lives/reincarnations) he's one of the easiest characters in this series to give a deeper exploration. Zasalamel/Ivy is one of my favorite rarepairs, but I'm open to anything, including OCs, especially if not set in the game's timeline. I'm always interested in more worldbuilding/fleshing out of the Soulcalibur-protecting tribe that Zasalamel belonged to (Guardians of the Spirit Sword) as well as his involvement with the Aval Organization. (Note: Zasalamel can canonically reincarnate as women as well; I'm happy for something exploring that. It would not be a violation of my trans headcanons DNW.)

General ideas:
- I love AUs of all kinds, which can work with works of any length -- show me a snippet of how this AU world would be like in a comic, or tell a story with plot set in this AU world! Some AUs I like (including some ideas for Odo/Quark in particular, but feel free to imagine how Brunt or Lwaxana might slot into these universes) are in my AU Exchange letter.
- For any of these, I'm happy if you want to explore mirror versions of these characters instead (or some combination of regular and mirror characters). (Just in general, I like AUs!)
Brunt/Quark
I have a lot of things I like about this pairing that I'd need to think about it harder how to summarize. But basically, Quark and Brunt are really appealing to me as foils and people who mirror or rival each other in a lot of ways. I like how they have a distinctly Ferengi-/xeno-flavored homoeroticism (societally expected in some ways; socially repressed in other ways) to them. Part of that is that I think there's a lot of opportunity for very transactional relationships/dynamics between them: you scratch my back/I scratch yours; exchanging sex for favors, or having sex because those are the perks (or expectations) of the position they occupy; sugar daddy/baby type arrangements; etc. etc. Another part of that is Brunt's repressed/closeted attraction to Quark('s deviance) and how he says he finds Quark's philanthropic behavior disgusting, but is also clearly kinking on it at the same time. Generally, I like Brunt as an abashedly "bad guy"/villainous/asshole figure in Quark's life (late edit: OMG I meant to say UNabashedly (I cannot word) -- but you know what? having Brunt be abashed about his enemyship with Quark is a perfectly good thing too). It's a fun dynamic with a lot of potential! I like a range of dynamics between these two from two people who are playing the same game and who fundamentally get the other/have a mutual understanding/are unlikely allies, to a consensual but awful/dysfunctional relationship, to outright non-con (probably one that they don't even recognize as such to be honest).
General ideas:
- Anything featuring an enemies-to-lovers or enemies-who-fuck kind of dynamic.
- Transactional dynamics. Each manipulating the other or thinking they're getting the better deal out of an arrangement they have?
Longer ideas:
- Quark and Brunt sent on a mission (for the Nagus? IDK) where they have to cooperate but they spend the entire time bickering.
- Or stranded somewhere and need to cooperate to get out.
- Hatefucking except one or both catch feelings and it's awkward. I'm a fan of that enemy hatefucking trope where one of them realizes they don't consider themselves single, or the other person gets into a serious relationship and suddenly oops feelings realization!
- Post-canon story where Quark and Brunt keep on running into each other and form an awkward detente, catching up and keeping track of how the other's fortunes go up and down.
Shorter ideas:
- Add a missing Qrunt scene to an episode. Given the way that Quark and Brunt interact, I feel like there are a lot of possibilities: Quark hitting on Brunt in "Family Business"? (And kicking Rom under the table because Rom keeps cock-blocking him.) Brunt's "bullying my crush" vibes in "Bar Association"? Brunt being literally inside Quark's childhood bedroom in "Ferengi Love Songs" etc. etc...
- PWP!
Odo/Quark (ship manifesto)
I might be a little bit obsessed with these two, lol... I'd like anything for them, but if I had to briefly summarize what I'm looking for here, or things I would appreciate for these two, it would be any of: pining/repression/cluelessness potential; antics/comedy; sexual tension / tsundere dynamic / friends- and/or enemies-to-lovers (it's not like I like him, b-baka!).
General ideas:
- Have some marriage-related prompts and pining-related prompts for Odo and Quark (of various sizes).
- Post-canon reunion.
- Alternate first meeting.
Longer ideas:
- Rom-com plot. Some random ideas: Amnesia plot (one or both lose their memory). Roommates AU (maybe there's a shortage of quarters on the station and Quark and Odo have to share?!). Fake seduction (Quark courts Odo as part of a bet, but then catches feelings for real).
Shorter ideas:
- Add a missing Quodo scene to an episode. If you want some ideas, I have been slowly generating them one episode at a time for this Quodo in every episode project.
- Odo and Quark on a vacation together.
- PWP!
Odo/Quark/Lwaxana
Fandom-specific DNW notes: I'm fine with Lwaxana's canonical pregnancy (in "The Muse"). However, I'd prefer not to have stories that focus on child characters / that features requested characters raising a child together.
I've been kind of obsessed with this ship, ever since rewatching "The Forsaken," which (IMO) has great dynamics between each pair of these three. Odo/Lwaxana is a great ship / Lwaxana is a great love interest for Odo who I think bounces off of him in interesting ways; Odo/Quark is OTP; and I feel like Quark/Lwaxana has some great potential too, given Lwaxana's general "ugh disgusting! hm, well, maybe..." kombucha-girl-meme attitude toward Ferengi lovers and Quark's penchant for dommy women / women who are repulsed by him. Let me have a ship consisting entirely of middle-aged people who act cartoonishly. <3 I think there's a lot of opportunities in canon for a plotline for these three, and I just would love to see something that explores what dynamic they would have.
Longer ideas:
- Marriage antics: Two characters get accidentally married, throwing a(n existing?) relationship with the third into chaos?
- Lwaxana helps Odo and Quark realize they have feelings for each other (IDK maybe it's blaringly obvious to her but not obvious to them). And then she joins them!
- Maybe Odo and Lwaxana get together, prompting a feelings realization on Quark's part, and then relationship negotiation.
Shorter ideas:
- Slice of life in their relationship. Maybe Quark and Lwaxana pick out a fashionable outfit for Odo to wear.
- Since Lwaxana can't telepathically read either Odo or Quark, they prepare a surprise for her.
- PWP!
- Quark prepares a picnic in the holosuite for Odo and Lwaxana.
Michael Burnham/Mirror Philippa Georgiou
Gosh, I could have watched six seasons and a movie dedicated entirely to Michael and Mirror Georgiou's messy, conflicted relationship. Things I love about this pairing: That for each of them, the other is a shadow of someone they lost ("who are you seeing when you look at me?" is such a good dynamic). How Michael made the very Bad Decision to take Mirror Georgiou back with her to the prime universe, just because she couldn't stand to see her captain die again. 😭 Them knowing that the other person is different but nevertheless seeing the parallels between two versions of the same person. Michael and Mirror Philippa trying and failing to see eye to eye in terms of morality and culture. Characters attracted to each other but afraid to act on that attraction due to value clash and guilt (possibly incest-related)? I LOVE dynamics where two characters have unspoken feelings for each other, one dies, and then the surviving person gets a second chance and decides to make different decisions -- and that's how I read Michael and Mirror Georgiou's relationship on both sides, but feel free to interpret it differently!
Please feel free to play fast and loose with canon if it helps tell a story you want to tell. For example, I don't mind if these two stay in the past, or if Mirror Georgiou never experiences issues in the future, or if that whole plotline resolved itself another way. Or go complete universe-changing AU -- I'm always up for that.
General ideas:
- I love AUs of all kinds. While some of Michael and Philippa's complicated backstory might get lost in a setting change AU lacking a concept of a Mirrorverse, I would still really love to see how two characters with their personality types and values would meet/fall in love/interact with each other in a completely different setting. For example, I think their dynamic could work for a spies or mafia AU, royalty AU, superhero/supervillain pairing, etc. Rival skaters AU! Really, anything goes here. You can see my AU Exchange letter for some other AUs I like.
Longer ideas:
- Burnham and Georgiou on a mission together and needing to rely on and trust each other to make it through.
- I'd love to see something where a very conflicted Michael and Georgiou are forced to fuck (example: sex pollened, forced to fuck to keep their cover, etc.). And they have complicated Feelings about it afterward.
- Snapshots of their relationship at different points of time.
Shorter ideas:
- Training/sparring together! Or patching up each other's injuries post-battle.
- PWP! Random prompt: Morning after an unwise decision lol.
- Something introspective: for example, Michael reflecting on her two Philippas or vice versa.
General ideas:
- For video game canons, I love travelogues / "novelizations" of the story mode -- doesn't have to be novel-length, obviously, but I love a more narrative/story-like way of telling the game's story. Angela/Crimson Wizard
Angela/Crimson Wizard/Duran
Angela/Duran
Oops, I probably should have nominated Crimson Wizard/Duran too. Anyway, I'm up for any configuration of these three characters! I feel like they all contrast/serve as foils for each other in different ways. Angela & CW: VERY similar situations/backstories, but one ends up a servant of good and the other a servant of evil. Angela & Duran: The tension between their countries, which could have been united by Angela's parents! Also, I feel like they are both subversions of the ideal princess/knight: Angela is bratty and spoiled and Duran is foul-mouthed and uncouth. CW & Duran: Duran is so physical and the CW is such a pure mage. The competitiveness and tension and the way both of them yearn for power! For Crimson Wizard, I'm fine with doing something set pre-canon, mid-canon, or post-canon with "he survives" AU. Oh yeah, feel free to give him a name (whatever name you like) if you want, or leave him nameless.
General ideas:
- Anything featuring Angela's magic -- her practicing it, her magic mirroring the Crimson Wizard's, Angela going from no-magic loser to powerful sorceress, etc.
- For Duran and Crimson Wizard, I wish they had gotten a chance to talk about Duran's dad?? Who the Crimson Wizard works with??
- Duran becoming Angela's sworn knight.
Longer ideas:
- Post-canon: The fate of Altena post-magic. Rebuilding? Or relocating everyone to Valsena? I like the idea of Duran being tasked with retraining all of Altena's military to be able to use weapons.
- Journeying together and going from enemies to friends to lovers.
- Love triangle drama between Angela, CW, and Duran where one pairing is endgame, or it resolves itself as OT3. (If doing something post-canon, I love the idea of Angela having to kind of mediate between CW and Duran because they'd be at each other's throats otherwise, lol. Just an idea if you want it.)
Shorter ideas:
- A battle or sparring.
- Bickering/bantering while traveling.
- Sex comedy, especially for Angela/Duran (I always loved the part in the game where Angela teases Duran about what he's keeping in his bedroom that he wouldn't want a girl to see -- anything awkward like that!).
Charlotte/Kevin
I like this duo, both platonic and romantic! They are cute, they and their storyline tend to be a bit overlooked in fandom, and they both are weird and kind of otherworldly in their own ways. One thing I find interesting about these two is that they are both mixed race (human/elf and human/beastman) and have some angst associated with that... but this similarity never comes up, weirdly? Also, I feel like Charlotte is the kind of character who starts off the story certain she's in love with someone, but as she matures, that aspect of her self-concept is very vulnerable to change. Also, like all the pairs of main characters, there is some interesting tension between these two people whose countries are at war.
General ideas:
- Post-canon: They meet again as adults quite a few years later and have an "Oh no they're hot" moment.
- Post-canon: Arranged marriage between them (for peace reasons? IDK).
- In general, I am very here for anything related to the strained relationship between Wendel and Ferolia and how that affects Charlotte and Kevin's relationship.
Longer ideas:
- I like the idea of Charlotte being very infatuated with Heath / certain she is in love with him, but as she journeys with Kevin, that conviction starts to waver.
- In general, I'd love to see anything more featuring their storyline's villains/main NPCs (Ludgar, Beast King, Goremand, Heath, Masked Mage, Charlotte's parents and grandparents) or their endgame dungeon. I always wished there were more moments in the game where Charlotte or Kevin would comment on what is happening in the story.
Shorter ideas:
- Antics during the journey. One of them thinks a monster is very cute and the monster turns out very Not Cute or something like that.
- Anything featuring Charlotte and Kevin's "Someone will die" (<- Charlotte) "--of FUN!" (<- Kevin) dynamic.
- Okay this isn't really a story idea, but in the SNES game, Charlotte has some armor items that are meant to resemble monsters (a Poto, Moogle, Pakkun/Lizardon, etc.). I would die for something where Charlotte wears one of those outfits (maybe Kevin reacts or also wears something matching lol).
- Someone tries to make Kevin feel bad for being a beastman, and Charlotte goes feral on his behalf.
Hawkeye/Riesz
Instantly fell in love with these two's dynamic when I was a kid and Hawkeye kissed Riesz and she FLIPPED OUT. XD In general, I love Hawkeye's flirtatiousness meeting Riesz's intense never-been-kissed energy. I like how Riesz is the more martial of the two of them, and I like how they are both quite accomplished, self-reliant people but in very different ways -- i.e. the "older brother/sister" type.

Things that are OK: Anything for characters who are canonically trans (/canonically a race that doesn't have gender and/or sex; canonically has been both men and women in the past, etc.), including characters in the background -- trans headcanons, plots centered around their gender identity, etc. Also OK to use different pronouns than in canon, if you want.
For background characters who aren't canonically trans: OK to have trans headcanons, including characters using different pronouns from canon. Please just don't have a gender-related plot involving them if that's not part of canon.
For main characters who aren't canonically trans: I don't mind at all if you personally headcanon them as trans, but please don't raise it as a plot point. This includes my preference that it just not come up during sex and that it not affect the anatomy (terms) a character has(/uses).
Other possibly trans-adjacent elements:
- Alien/xeno anatomy: I'm basically cool with alien characters having any kind of anatomy (including anatomy that is close to/resembles human male or female genitalia or both, or no genitals), but just don't make it a feature that e.g. a male character has stereotypically female anatomy for their race or was AFAB (or vice versa, female character has stereotypically male anatomy for their race or was AMAB), unless this is an element in canon already.
- Rule 63 plots: I enjoy sex swap AUs where, in this alternate version of canon, a female character has just always been a man, or vice versa (Rule 63 AU). I also like plots where a character temporarily gets a body of the opposite sex, but their gender identity remains more-or-less stable (temporary Rule 63 plotlines). Please apply the same rules for characters, though (i.e. if a character is canonically trans, fine to have trans/gender-related plots in Rule 63 AU or plot; if they are not canonically trans, please don't make it a plot point that they are trans in a Rule 63 AU or plot). - Feces, urine, or cannibalism.
- For non-con, very bleak endings like mindbreak or permanent damage.
Other than that, generally anything not DNW'd is fair game as long as it fills the fandom/characters/ships I'm requesting. If you want some things I'm definitely okay with, I have an opt-in list in my general letter.

More tl;dr details for those curious
I like a variety of love triangle elements in fiction -- sometimes when it's for drama, and certainly when it's for comic relief. Probably my favorite type for humor purposes is two people (or chains of people) interested in someone else who is oblivious/uninterested, or (if you can pull it off) a perfect love loop where A likes B who likes C who likes A (or generalize it to larger groups) -- it takes a bit of work but I love the neat symmetry of everyone being involved but thwarted. From a more drama angle, I adore love chains or two people in a relationship and one outside, for the pining. I like feelings of jealousy, especially if it prompts a character to confess when they otherwise wouldn't. However, I don't like when the narrative treats the character who inspires jealousy as clearly evil or having done something wrong by doing that. The only other things I tend to be iffy about re: love triangles is if a character pingpongs between relationships with multiple partners/switches between being warm and cold toward someone multiple times (if the character is consistently loving toward both or has a consistent preference for one, or if the whole arc of the story is focused on going from one to the other as the big change, no issue for me), or if the love triangle makes a character become villainous. But if it feels right for the characters, feel free to include whatever love triangle dynamics you like. - Flirtation, crushes, pining, blushing.
- Puppy love (proto-crushes between young characters).
- Protectiveness/putting oneself in danger in order to protect someone else/bodyguard crush/rescue romance.
- Silly/light-hearted love triangle drama.

Comic likes
I have some general art likes here, but... basically, my art tastes are extremely broad and I'm up for anything as far as comics go. I like cute/cartoony styles; art style experimentation; any medium; black and white comics; limited colored palettes/monochrome pages; or if you want to do color, maybe something pale/bright and colorful. For drawn canons, I like fanart that mimics the art style of canon (art style pastiche), but I'm also really happy for comics that stylize/redesign characters to be more in line with your own style. Sometimes I DNW gore in art, but honestly, as long as the comic isn't wall-to-wall gore, I am perfectly fine with gore appearing in a comic.
Any genre and any tone: moody; dark/horror; smut; quiet/contemplative; action; humorous gag comics. Characters exploring an outdoor area? No-dialogue comic? Something psychological/using images or symbols to represent the inner state of a character? Honestly, anything goes.
Note on the prompts below: I separated them out into longer/meatier ideas more conducive to longfic and shorter ideas that could be conveyed in a 5-10 page comic. I'm requesting Aqua and Aqua/Terra for this fandom. Aqua is my fave character, and she is also my fandom bicycle who I ship with almost everyone. General thoughts on this canon: I really like how detailed and unexplored the world is in this movie! It's just packed with details, and filled with side characters who are basically living their own rich life and only interact with the plot briefly before exiting again. I love how ridiculously dark it gets for a Disney movie, a children's cartoon, and for a movie that is largely told from the perspective of a young child. I'm a big fan of the exploration of how would a character who is magically brought into the world as a young boy behave -- the answer this movie comes up with is VERY different from Collodi's book, but they are both interesting takes! Exploring Pinocchio's weirdness and his unusual upbringing is really fascinating to me. I love fairy tale curses and animal transformation, and this movie is very good for that. <3
Thoughts on Blue Fairy/Jiminy Cricket: I like their little interaction towards the beginning, where Jiminy goes bright red when the fairy leans in close to him -- instantly shipped them, lol. I like the fairy tale vibes of a cricket in love with a fairy. Also, I'm a fan of shameless flirt characters who actually fall hard for someone. I think there's a lot of potential here for a romance, or pining!
Thoughts on Lampwick/Pinocchio: Lampwick doesn't appear for very long, but I love the way he and Pinocchio like instantly bond and become BFFs who spend all their time together. Despite the fact that Lampwick is obviously a bad influence, I think Pinocchio is really drawn to him and is genuinely fond of him anyway, and I find that dynamic delicious! (Also, the fact that you never find out what happens to Lampwick in the end kind of kills me! Fix me!)

This is my Soulcalibur OTP, and I feel like there are a lot of opportunities for longer stories for these two. I'd love to see any kind of comic with them as well. To summarize what draws me to this pairing: Playful, teasing, mentor/mentee relationship.

I'm always interested in more worldbuilding/fleshing out of the Soulcalibur-protecting tribe that Zasalamel belonged to (Guardians of the Spirit Sword) as well as his involvement with the Aval Organization. (Note: Zasalamel can canonically reincarnate as women as well; I'm happy for something exploring that. It would not be a violation of my trans headcanons DNW.)

Brunt/Quark
I have a lot of things I like about this pairing that I'd need to think about it harder how to summarize. But basically, Quark and Brunt are really appealing to me as foils and people who mirror or rival each other in a lot of ways. I like how they have a distinctly Ferengi-/xeno-flavored homoeroticism (societally expected in some ways; socially repressed in other ways) to them. Part of that is that I think there's a lot of opportunity for very transactional relationships/dynamics between them: you scratch my back/I scratch yours; exchanging sex for favors, or having sex because those are the perks (or expectations) of the position they occupy; sugar daddy/baby type arrangements; etc. etc. Another part of that is Brunt's repressed/closeted attraction to Quark('s deviance) and how he says he finds Quark's philanthropic behavior disgusting, but is also clearly kinking on it at the same time. Generally, I like Brunt as an abashedly "bad guy"/villainous/asshole figure in Quark's life (late edit: OMG I meant to say UNabashedly (I cannot word) -- but you know what? having Brunt be abashed about his enemyship with Quark is a perfectly good thing too). It's a fun dynamic with a lot of potential! I like a range of dynamics between these two from two people who are playing the same game and who fundamentally get the other/have a mutual understanding/are unlikely allies, to a consensual but awful/dysfunctional relationship, to outright non-con (probably one that they don't even recognize as such to be honest).
General ideas:
- Anything featuring an enemies-to-lovers or enemies-who-fuck kind of dynamic.
- Transactional dynamics. Each manipulating the other or thinking they're getting the better deal out of an arrangement they have?

I might be a little bit obsessed with these two, lol... I'd like anything for them, but if I had to briefly summarize what I'm looking for here, or things I would appreciate for these two, it would be any of: pining/repression/cluelessness potential; antics/comedy; sexual tension / tsundere dynamic / friends- and/or enemies-to-lovers (it's not like I like him, b-baka!).

Fandom-specific DNW notes: I'm fine with Lwaxana's canonical pregnancy (in "The Muse"). However, I'd prefer not to have stories that focus on child characters / that features requested characters raising a child together.
I've been kind of obsessed with this ship, ever since rewatching "The Forsaken," which (IMO) has great dynamics between each pair of these three. Odo/Lwaxana is a great ship / Lwaxana is a great love interest for Odo who I think bounces off of him in interesting ways; Odo/Quark is OTP; and I feel like Quark/Lwaxana has some great potential too, given Lwaxana's general "ugh disgusting! hm, well, maybe..." kombucha-girl-meme attitude toward Ferengi lovers and Quark's penchant for dommy women / women who are repulsed by him. Let me have a ship consisting entirely of middle-aged people who act cartoonishly. <3 I think there's a lot of opportunities in canon for a plotline for these three, and I just would love to see something that explores what dynamic they would have.

- Marriage antics: Two characters get accidentally married, throwing a(n existing?) relationship with the third into chaos?
- Lwaxana helps Odo and Quark realize they have feelings for each other (IDK maybe it's blaringly obvious to her but not obvious to them). And then she joins them!

Michael Burnham/Mirror Philippa Georgiou
Gosh, I could have watched six seasons and a movie dedicated entirely to Michael and Mirror Georgiou's messy, conflicted relationship. Things I love about this pairing: That for each of them, the other is a shadow of someone they lost ("who are you seeing when you look at me?" is such a good dynamic). How Michael made the very Bad Decision to take Mirror Georgiou back with her to the prime universe, just because she couldn't stand to see her captain die again. 😭 Them knowing that the other person is different but nevertheless seeing the parallels between two versions of the same person. Michael and Mirror Philippa trying and failing to see eye to eye in terms of morality and culture. Characters attracted to each other but afraid to act on that attraction due to value clash and guilt (possibly incest-related)? I LOVE dynamics where two characters have unspoken feelings for each other, one dies, and then the surviving person gets a second chance and decides to make different decisions -- and that's how I read Michael and Mirror Georgiou's relationship on both sides, but feel free to interpret it differently!
Please feel free to play fast and loose with canon if it helps tell a story you want to tell. For example, I don't mind if these two stay in the past, or if Mirror Georgiou never experiences issues in the future, or if that whole plotline resolved itself another way. Or go complete universe-changing AU -- I'm always up for that.

While some of Michael and Philippa's complicated backstory might get lost in a setting change AU lacking a concept of a Mirrorverse, I would still really love to see how two characters with their personality types and values would meet/fall in love/interact with each other in a completely different setting. For example, I think their dynamic could work for a spies or mafia AU, royalty AU, superhero/supervillain pairing, etc. Rival skaters AU! Really, anything goes here. You can see my AU Exchange letter for some other AUs I like.

- Burnham and Georgiou on a mission together and needing to rely on and trust each other to make it through.
- I'd love to see something where a very conflicted Michael and Georgiou are forced to fuck (example: sex pollened, forced to fuck to keep their cover, etc.). And they have complicated Feelings about it afterward.
- Snapshots of their relationship at different points of time.
Shorter ideas:
- Training/sparring together! Or patching up each other's injuries post-battle.
- PWP! Random prompt: Morning after an unwise decision lol.
- Something introspective: for example, Michael reflecting on her two Philippas or vice versa.
Trials of Mana [canon promo]
General ideas:
- For video game canons, I love travelogues / "novelizations" of the story mode -- doesn't have to be novel-length, obviously, but I love a more narrative/story-like way of telling the game's story. Traveling to various places, getting into various situations together, etc. Doing this with any pairing here (in the party of your choice, including 6-member party if you want) would be amazing!
- I love AUs of all kinds. Some AUs I like are in my AU Exchange letter. For some fandom-specific ideas, I'd love to see a sci-fi version of Trials of Mana. Or any of these characters roleswapped! Or with soulmarks. Or a different first meeting AU.
Also, feel free to feature multiple of these requested ships in one story.
Angela/Crimson Wizard

Oops, I probably should have nominated Crimson Wizard/Duran too. Anyway, I'm up for any configuration of these three characters! I feel like they all contrast/serve as foils for each other in different ways. Angela & CW: VERY similar situations/backstories, but one ends up a servant of good and the other a servant of evil. Angela & Duran: The tension between their countries, which could have been united by Angela's parents! Also, I feel like they are both subversions of the ideal princess/knight: Angela is bratty and spoiled and Duran is foul-mouthed and uncouth. CW & Duran: Duran is so physical and the CW is such a pure mage. The competitiveness and tension and the way both of them yearn for power! For Crimson Wizard, I'm fine with doing something set pre-canon, mid-canon, or post-canon with "he survives" AU. Oh yeah, feel free to give him a name (whatever name you like) if you want, or leave him nameless.
General ideas:
- Anything featuring Angela's magic -- her practicing it, her magic mirroring the Crimson Wizard's, Angela going from no-magic loser to powerful sorceress, etc.
- For Duran and Crimson Wizard, I wish they had gotten a chance to talk about Duran's dad?? Who the Crimson Wizard works with??
- Duran becoming Angela's sworn knight.
Longer ideas:
- Post-canon: The fate of Altena post-magic. Rebuilding? Or relocating everyone to Valsena? I like the idea of Duran being tasked with retraining all of Altena's military to be able to use weapons.
- Journeying together and going from enemies to friends to lovers.
- Love triangle drama between Angela, CW, and Duran where one pairing is endgame, or it resolves itself as OT3. (If doing something post-canon, I love the idea of Angela having to kind of mediate between CW and Duran because they'd be at each other's throats otherwise, lol. Just an idea if you want it.)
Shorter ideas:
- A battle or sparring.
- Bickering/bantering while traveling.
- Sex comedy, especially for Angela/Duran (I always loved the part in the game where Angela teases Duran about what he's keeping in his bedroom that he wouldn't want a girl to see -- anything awkward like that!).
Charlotte/Kevin
I like this duo, both platonic and romantic! They are cute, they and their storyline tend to be a bit overlooked in fandom, and they both are weird and kind of otherworldly in their own ways. One thing I find interesting about these two is that they are both mixed race (human/elf and human/beastman) and have some angst associated with that... but this similarity never comes up, weirdly? Also, I feel like Charlotte is the kind of character who starts off the story certain she's in love with someone, but as she matures, that aspect of her self-concept is very vulnerable to change. Also, like all the pairs of main characters, there is some interesting tension between these two people whose countries are at war.
General ideas:
- Post-canon: They meet again as adults quite a few years later and have an "Oh no they're hot" moment.
- Post-canon: Arranged marriage between them (for peace reasons? IDK).
- In general, I am very here for anything related to the strained relationship between Wendel and Ferolia and how that affects Charlotte and Kevin's relationship.
Longer ideas:
- I like the idea of Charlotte being very infatuated with Heath / certain she is in love with him, but as she journeys with Kevin, that conviction starts to waver.
- In general, I'd love to see anything more featuring their storyline's villains/main NPCs (Ludgar, Beast King, Goremand, Heath, Masked Mage, Charlotte's parents and grandparents) or their endgame dungeon. I always wished there were more moments in the game where Charlotte or Kevin would comment on what is happening in the story.
Shorter ideas:
- Antics during the journey. One of them thinks a monster is very cute and the monster turns out very Not Cute or something like that.
- Anything featuring Charlotte and Kevin's "Someone will die" (<- Charlotte) "--of FUN!" (<- Kevin) dynamic.
- Okay this isn't really a story idea, but in the SNES game, Charlotte has some armor items that are meant to resemble monsters (a Poto, Moogle, Pakkun/Lizardon, etc.). I would die for something where Charlotte wears one of those outfits (maybe Kevin reacts or also wears something matching lol).
- Someone tries to make Kevin feel bad for being a beastman, and Charlotte goes feral on his behalf.
Hawkeye/Riesz
Instantly fell in love with these two's dynamic when I was a kid and Hawkeye kissed Riesz and she FLIPPED OUT. XD In general, I love Hawkeye's flirtatiousness meeting Riesz's intense never-been-kissed energy. I like how Riesz is the more martial of the two of them, and I like how they are both quite accomplished, self-reliant people but in very different ways -- i.e. the "older brother/sister" type.
General ideas:
- Have some marriage-related prompts and pining-related prompts for these two (of various sizes).
- In general, I love the idea of Riesz getting really nervous/embarrassed around Hawkeye and keeps on behaving strangely around him and he's just like "?"
- Other party member(s) get tired of Hawkeye and Riesz not getting together and try to set them up.
Longer ideas:
- Five times Hawkeye tried to flirt with Riesz and was rebuffed and one time he succeeded, lol.
- Post-canon: Epistolary fic where Hawkeye and Riesz keep up a correspondence by letter.
- Or maybe one (or two) of their friends is getting married and they show up at the wedding and are bashful/shy seeing each other again.
- I also love the idea of Riesz and Hawkeye sleeping together sometime on their journey and then, like, not addressing it until much much later. Kind of like Valda and Richard vibes? IDK.
Shorter ideas:
- Riesz having a romantic daydream about Hawkeye and then blushing all red about it.
- Either of them showing the other around their homeland.
- The two of them bonding over trauma/their losses.
